Beautiful semi-detached house, on one level with private garden and porch, perfect for romantic getaways, situated in a private and very quiet residential area. There are lots of common areas and a solar-panel heated pool. This apartment has been completely refurbished with a minimalist and modern style. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, LCD 26" TV, and a large wardrobe. Living-room with a 42" LCD TV, home cinema (with option of connecting to a laptop) and a very comfortable sofa.
