Our studio condo is located on a beautiful white sand beach in Panama City Beach! Our building, Fountainebleau Terrace, was one of the original and most prestigious hotels built in the area in 1965. It has since been updated with renovations to bring back the charm and beauty of the mid-century modern era and preserving a sense of nostalgia. You and your family & friends will enjoy the quiet neighborhood of Callaway Corners! There is a small playground just 2 houses down. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within blocks, plus Tyndall and Sacred Heart Hospital are only 10 minutes away! The beach at Saint Andrew's State Park and Mexico Beach are only 30 minutes away! This home is basically brand new; built in 2021 with beautiful finishes. The main bedroom features a king size bed with custom upholstered bed and down comforter.
