Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The Hayloft Heart of Worcestershire

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic beamed barn in a picturesque, semi rural setting. The Hayloft was originally part of Green Lane farm dating back to the 16th century and is part of a settlement of four barn conversions and the original farm house. It enjoys its own private access and gardens. Stratford Upon Avon, Malvern and Birmingham are all easily accessible. Redditch golf club, a large park and public footpaths are all on the doorstep. There are two pubs nearby both serving food.

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.
