This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room with a kitchenette only, a large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!

This is a newly built 2 bedroom and 2 and a half bathroom townhome. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The unit has all new appliances. It includes wifi, basic cable, internet, electricity, and water and all utilities are included in rent. The Kitchen, laundry area, half bath, and living room on the first floor are shared living space. The private room for rent is upstairs with a private bathroom and large walk in closet in the room.
