Recently renovated with stunning views across the English channel (you can see France on a clear day) and direct access on to the expansive shingle beach, or wait for the tide to go out to walk onto sand. Discover the old fishing huts, railway carriages and lighthouse. To the rear of the house is Dungeness nature reserve. The miniature RHDR railway passes along the rear of the property. Walking distance to the famous Pilot pub and Fish Shack.

Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, swimming, walking, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Spacious two bedroom apartment (with balcony) with stunning sea views in the prestigious Eastbourne Sovereign Harbour Marina, sleeps up to 4 and a baby comfortably. Direct beach access, free high speed internet, entry-phone system & secure allocated free parking. Bed linen and bathroom towels included (please pack your beach towels). Baby travel cot, high chair and changing mat provided free of charge-perfect for young families. Shops and restaurants is less than 10 minutes walk.

The quirky basement is located in an 1800s Victorian Building and is a stones throw away from the beach (200 yards). The stunning seven sisters cliff top walk starts just a 5 minute walk away. Quirky basement flat is located in the heart of the town, with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all within walking. The property can sleep and dine up to 4 people. The wardrobe is not available, though there is separate a hanging rail. Regular trains and buses!

Dunes View is our lovely 4 bedroom Beach House, enjoying glorious, uninterrupted sea views from the living area and balcony and direct beach access. Perfect for families with kids, and anyone who loves fresh air, beach sports and Hot Tubs! Please note there is a £60 per stay cost to use the hot tub - this will be added to your bill after booking once we have received confirmation you wish to use this facility.
