Hayle is located centrally enabling great links to visit the surrounding area. The studio is attached to the main residence but offers privacy with parking (EV charging), own private entrance and enclosed decked area to the rear enabling you to soak up the Cornish Sunshine after a busy day exploring.

Trevassack House is a large Victorian farmhouse, a 7 minute drive to St Ives Bay & Gwithian's sands, or 4 mins to Hayle beach. Set in tranquil private grounds, the old manor of Trevassack overlooks Hayle. Big groups love the 6 large bedrooms sleeping 12, comfortable spaces, full kitchen, 3 cosy living rooms with stoves, hot tub (extra cost) with views, library and baby grand piano and conservatory framing sunsets across the St Ives & Carbis Bay hills. For 13-16 guests, the Annexe costs extra.

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

With rural walks straight out of the door, Cornwall's rich mining heritage is evident all around.
