Nestled at the back of our garage is our cute, cosy and private studio room with its own separate bathroom. A new deck and covered outdoor area provide guests with privacy. We provide a small selection of breakfast options for short stays of up to 3 nights and a small kitchenette area is available for basic meal preparation. Located in central Hamilton we are close to the central city, Claudelands GloBox Event Centre, FMG Rugby Park, local shops, a large park and the bus stops at our gate.

Peaceful and quiet with fantastic rural views, no street lights here just stars! Closest Bed & Breakfast to Hobbiton! and less than an hours drive to Tauranga, Rotorua or Hamilton. About 1 1/4 hours to Waitomo Caves, only 35 minutes to Mystery Creek Events Centre (Feildays site) and Hamilton Airport. Bedroom with Queen bed, fully insulated and double-glazed. The bathroom is a semi-ensuite located in our laundry but solely for the use of the guest. There is a door directly from the room.

Stay in a purpose-built BnB wing attached to our new house built to an eHaus spec, assuring year round comfort. Situated in an acre of landscaped gardens on the edge of a working farm you can chill out after a hard day on the road or trails by soaking in the spa, taking in the view to Mt Te Aroha. We can accommodate up to 4 (either 2 couples or a couple and 2 singles) using the fold-down bed in the living room. Breakfast is provided, with additional meals/transport/services on request.

We live on site with our Daughter and dog Russell and love hosting guests from around the world. 5 minutes from the heart of Te Awamutu and 30 minutes from Hamilton, we are central to all things Waikato. Brand new house on 5000sqr/mtr property, this is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, we offer2 guest bedrooms ( one is king size bed , other one are 2 king single bed)and guest bathroom for the Airbnb customers. my husband and I and ( 1cat 1 dog ) are living here,we live in master bedroom with ensuite. You have your own bathroom "not shared",and outdoor Spa pool(in the back yard have to walk through the living room).you also have your own entry to keep your privacy.we share the corridor.

Close, Convenient & Comfortable

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to find out about our wonderful renovated BnB. Veronica and Mark look forward to hosting you. Lala Salama Bed & Breakfast is located an easy 10min walk from the CBD with an abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby. Free WIFI along with continental breakfast is included. Note, following completion of the reno's, the BnB is totally separate to the owners living spaces, there are no shared spaces as mentioned in past reviews.

A lovely guest suite consisting of a queen bedroom with air con, roomy bathroom and an extra room with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, a couch to relax and a place to work from. This stylish place is close to must-see destinations. Only 4mins drive to centre of Cambridge and a 15 minute walk. A short drive to lake Karapiro, velodrome, Hamilton airport and 30 minutes to Hobbiton in Matamata. Continental breakfast is provided.

A warm, spacious and private retreat set on 60 acres 2 minutes from Pirongia village. Fully self contained with large lounge, dining and kitchen area and your own bathroom and toilet. Swings, sandpit, maypole and trampoline for the kids. Pets to pat. Swimming pool available through the warmer months. The Black Barn is set amongst an open ground nursery and farmland. If you like plants and space, you will love this place!
