The nest attic is a 5 * private loft attic accessible by a STEEP spiral staicase. ( note not suitable if access issues.) Close to Duxford Air Museum, ,the Science Park and Whittlesford rail station is 1 mile walk from the nest (£9 taxi) direct links to London (1 hr) and Cambridge (8 min). In the heart of picturesque Whittlesford village with stunning country walks, rivers, the village shop and the Tickell Arms restaurant and pub and the village green are a short walk away. Cambridge is 7 miles.

Orchard House is a large family home full of character providing bed and breakfast accommodation in the quiet village of Steeple Bumpstead. The nearest town, Haverhill, is 3 miles away while Cambridge and Stanstead airport are only a 30 minute drive away. 5 private bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, both with bath and separate shower. Use of lounge and kitchen including microwave and fridge. There is also a large sunny garden and patio for guests to use. Continental breakfast provided in room rate.

Large detached house with 7 double bedrooms and close to Haverhill centre. 6 of our rooms are with shared bathrooms and our en suite room is available at a supplement. For 1 person, the cost is based on single occupancy of a double/twin room. All rooms have tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee, crockery/cutlery. For larger groups, guests share rooms. Breakfast is not included in the price. Off road parking for cars & vans in private driveway. Please note this is not a party house.

Lovely room in Market Gadeners Cottage less than a mile from supermarkets and restaurants in Sandy town centre. Ideally located for RSPB nature reserve, Shuttleworth College and Air Museum, Good Rail Links to London and the North. Located approx mile down country lane nice for walking or cycling in the area. Breakfast is fruit, cereal, yoghurt, there is use of a microwave and small fridge at property. We are close to main line railway line, although room is to rear of property.

The Dovecote

The Dovecote is a luxuriously renovated and unique hide-away for a romantic country escape just an hour from London. It is part of Sandon Manor Estate with its 1200 acres of rolling countryside, which also comprises the spacious Manor House (see separate listing). Available for intimate weddings from 2022, please enquire at Sandon Manor. Guest experiences and activities available on-site, please enquire when you book.
