Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Good links to Cambridge via A 14 and guided bus. Local nature reserve and great pub within walking distance. Own private entrance with enclosed patio/outdoor dining area with adjacent parking slot.

Minutes walk from the station and city centre - this self-contained, Artist's Studio has a sleep/dining/work area and a mezzanine sleeping space and is full of light. Anyone is welcome to stay here - you don't have to be an artist - whether you are in business, an academic, sightseer, musician, 2 individuals or a couple - everyone likes the tranquil environment and the easy access to Cambridge and the lively Mill Road. NOTE. Not for small children and some with mobility issues - check photos.

Cosy cottage terrace close to train station

Cosy city centre terrace house 2 double and 1 single bedroom with a small futon in the lounge if needed. Wood burner and a large dining area. 10 mins walk from station. 20 mins from city. 1 good sized private parking space but parking can be tight to access. There is free parking on street evenings (6pm to 10am) and weekends (6pm Fri to 10am Mon). You can park for free anytime less than 5 mins walk away. As a Victorian house, it has steep stairs and is on multi levels on the first floor.

A bright, self-contained flat with off-street parking, secure patio garden and stunning views from the bedroom window over Stourbridge Common and the River Cam and watch rowers glide by. 7-minute walk to Cambridge North and close to the Science Park. 5-minute riverside walk leads to the historic pub The Green Dragon, where it's fabled that Tolkien wrote "The Lord of the Rings". This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

It has been immaculately restored to bring out its period features, but also to provide modern comforts and a few touches of luxury. The city, its restaurants, colleges, shopping and museums are all within a 5 to 15 minutes walk making it ideal for visiting historical Cambridge. Yet it sits on a quiet street in one of the city's most charming neighbourhoods with several excellent pubs just around the corner.
