Upon arrival, "Guests Services" issues Notch Cards/Daycations covering 6 for the entire stay, providing free use of all non-fee-based amenities, pools/hot tubs, Fun Zone, Tubing, Ice Skating, Guided Walks/Hikes/Wikes etc. They're valued @$89.00 per person, per day in warm temperatures, & $55.00 per person per day other times. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.
