Rural Retreat

A spacious self contained loft space above the garage with its own private access via an external staircase with off road parking. This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The table and chairs provide a comfortable space to eat. Towels and fresh linen are provided. The living area has a sofa and TV, and bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is even a small wardrobe for storage.

It is a perfect spot for walking, cycling, sailing and fishing, with Grafham Water just 3 minutes away. It is ideal for commuting with its central location and a 45 commute into London. The Hideout

Your own space to do just what the name implies. Guests enter through a small outdoor garden sitting area into the kitchenette. The kitchen has everything required to create light lunches and evening dinners, however it’s been our experience that most guests prefer to try the local fair. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Upstairs is light, airy and spacious, with a low original supporting beam directly at the feet of the double bed, it is extraordinarily comfortable and cosy!

Paddock view is located on a working equestrian property. On the outskirts of a small village located between popular towns like Downham Market, Kings Lynn and Swaffham. Also with the chance of occasional plane spotting as we are not far from RAF Marham. The Flat is self contained and well equipped with access only via stairs with Shower room/ toilet downstairs . Please be aware as this is on an equestrian property there will be horses and other animals on site.
