The house has 3 bedrooms (air conditioning), 2 bathrooms with shower (with underfloor heating), 1 large living room with fireplace and 1 large kitchen with access to the covered outdoor terrace. Also on this level is the new kitchen and the modern designed dining area. From the roof terrace you have a magnificent view of the mountains, in the surrounding beautiful housing estate and to the sea.

The house consists of a living room with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms . There are a private swimming pool, barbecue area, garden and a private parking place. The house has two air conditioners.One in the living room, the other in the hall on the second floor.
