My brand new ‘barndominium’ is a lovely retreat! Two horses and two mini donkeys live on the property. You will see wild turkeys, deer, bald eagles, and otters. Enjoy the nature trails that wind through the woods, sit on the beach, swim in the river, or kayak down Newbegun Creek into the beautiful, fresh water Pasquotank River. Peace and quiet abound on this private, 58 acre farm. Located 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Elizabeth City, where you will find shopping, museums, and fine dining.

Located in Elizabeth City minutes from the Coast Guard Base. 10 acre lake on property. Extremely quiet and relaxing. Enjoy fishing, row boating or a relaxing swim. A short drive in either direction sends you to Historic Edenton or sandy beaches of the OBX. The Lake House is perfect for families relaxing or even a business stay. Other events must be preapproved. Traveling to the OBX for vacation? Drive to Elizabeth City, get some much needed rest and only have a 45 minute drive to your vacation!

Private and located in the quaint community of Waterlily just 30 minutes from OBX and the Virginia line.
