This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Just off interstate 81 and a short drive to Syracuse, the Finger Lakes or Ithaca.

Located minutes from NYS 31, this modern restoration of an authentic 1850 canal home has plenty to offer to the road-weary wanderer.
