Villa autonoma con vista spettacolare sulla baia di Marciano, di fronte l’isola di Capri, Ischia, Procida e Napoli. Giardino di 1.850 m2, con alberi di olivo, limoni, vigna e fiori. All'esterno pergolato in pali di castagno e pagliarelle, tavolo con gazebo, panchine e prato con barbecue, doccia esterna calda, sdraio e lettini prendisole. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Ci sono pentole e piatti, forno a microonde, starter pack con zucchero, sale, caffè,. Si può parcheggiare, all'interno del giardino, davanti casa. La citta di Sorrento applica una tassa di 3 E per notte ad ogni turista maggiorenne da pagare in contanti
