Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Relax with the whole family at our peaceful oasis. These are off grid sleep cabins (NO ELECTRIC,WATER OR BEDDING). Need more room hang a hammock or pitch a tent. Please note our riverbank is unimproved if you are looking for a natural experience we got that. If you are looking for a shoreline void of occasional entry challenges we may not be a good fit. The Wild and Scenic Waterways requires banks be left 100% natural. We have easy access locations available to everyone for fishing and swimming

Hideaway at Knobby Hill

Relax and unwind at our private, serene getaway located minutes to Norris Lake and near many recreational trails leading to Royal Blue. Gorgeous mountain views with lake access less than one mile away. From a day filled with family fun on the lake to riding ATVs in the mountains, our guests have no problem staying entertained. In the evening enjoy the super sized patio and unwind while overlooking a gorgeous mountain sunset or get out and catch fireflies while the horses roam in the front yard.

The Hideaway

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful farm. Relax at this charming and newly renovated open concept lower level hide-away. This apartment has a private driveway, entrance and patio space on a hilltop with an unbelievable view of the mountains and spectacular sunsets. This is a perfect home base for near by state and national parks. Please note that there are friendly, outdoor dogs on this farmland property. Indoor stair access to main house is securely locked. We can’t wait to welcome you!

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect solo get-a-way! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, and resting. The Cabin sits as the centerpiece of our working mini-farm and comes replete with rocking chairs on the porch, a gurgling creek nearby, a stunning mountain view, and room to explore. Read a book, strum guitars, prop up your feet, put on some coffee & leave your cares behind. We are exempt by Airbnb from hosting Service Animals of any kind.

Farm experience/relax and enjoy our 15 acre little piece of heaven.Sit on the deck overlook the fish pond,watch the mini animals play in the field. View goats, mini ponies/donkeys. free gated secure parking for your atv/boat trailer. Full stocked kitchen,tile walk in shower, washer/dryer, Qn bed, queen sleeper sofa, 65” tv and gas grill on deck. 5 acre field is open to explore around pond. We love hosting travel or remote workers.

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Funky Farmhouse [Fenced in yard w/cows] 4 Marinas!

Come and get the full farm experience! Nestled on a hill overlooking our family Farm and 30 head of cattle the views and county scenery wont disappoint and with a full fenced in yard the whole family including pets and children can play more safely. The Funky Farmhouse originally built in the 1960s by my Great Grandfather has gotten a complete renovation including city water and a brand new kitchen with lots of appliances. Located minutes from Marinas and trailheads = more time for fun!

TRAVELING NURSES WELCOME! 20min from Lafollette Hospital. 30min from Tennova North Hospital (Powell, TN) This is a well appointed delightful, completely and comfortably furnished SMOKEFREE 2 bedroom, one bath apartment located on the ground floor of our house. The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina. We do not allow animals.
