Space is central and only a few blocks to downtown, walking distance to the famous fishing pier for ice cream in the summer, fine dining. One block up from Island Hwy.

Expect noise from upstairs, from our kitchen, kitchen cooking opens at 7 am and closes totally at 9pm.

This unit was designed and furnished specifically with the intent to create a memorable vacation or facilitate a restful business stay.

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Beautiful 2 bedroom ground level suite with the beach at your doorstep. Relax and enjoy the sunrise while the eagles, whales, and other wildlife play. Take a ride on our paddle boards or kayaks, roast a s’more by the fire on the beach or cast a rod while coho are running in the fall. There is always so much to see and do at the beach! We are a 6 minute drive from the airport, 15 minute drive to downtown and only 40 minutes to Mt. Washington Ski Resort... Welcome to Paradise!
