Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

Notre maison est une ruine du XV ème rénovée en 2021. Elle accueille 5 personnes sur 2 niveaux,possède 3 salles de bains pour un meilleur confort. 4 terrasses meublées vont marquer vos repas de plein air Nos chambres, au rez de chaussée ont toutes un accès indépendant.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Prestigiosa villa, a poche decine di metri sopra la riva del mare, arredata e corredata con grande raffinatezza e funzionalità e da cui si godono incantevoli e indimenticabili tramonti su Golfo Stella, Isola di Pianosa e Corsica. E' dotata di scala privata per accesso diretto alla spiaggia. E' strutturata su due livelli, composta da due unità abitative totalmente indipendenti tra loro , sia come fabbricati che relativi giardini, con il solo ingresso principale esterno in comune.

Villa Meridiana giardino is located on the outskirts in the countryside and offers a fantastic view of the Gulf of Sant’Andrea. The house can be reached via a dirt road about 50 meters from the main road, guaranteeing the quiet and seclusion of the house. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the sea and the beach via another path that winds through the ancient wine terraces. The house is divided into two completely independent apartments on different levels.

Située sur les hauteurs du village de Murato, à proximité de Saint-Florent et de Bastia, cette villa est un véritable havre de paix. Elle dispose d’un séjour ouvert sur une cuisine entièrement équipée, de deux chambres avec des literies de qualité, d’une salle d’eau avec wc, d’un wc séparé et d’une buanderie. La grande terrasse, la cuisine d’été avec barbecue et plancha donnant sur la piscine chauffée permettent de profiter du cadre calme et authentique.

Our private villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma just a few kilometres from the quiet village of Gavorrano. ‘La Quercia’ consists of a large garden with private veranda and Jacuzzi, two bedrooms, living area with fireplace and kitchen, two private and fully equipped bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the beautiful Maremma. Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.

En extérieur, vous trouverez une belle terrasse de 70m² avec un salon de jardin pour 6 personnes, une plancha et 4 transats. La piscine fait 6 mx3 m et elle est chauffée d'Avril à octobre.
