We are in the main house on the property & have kids and friends over so there is activity. The entrance to the apartment and the back deck are private. Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.
