Our NEWLY REMODELED (2021) spacious loft apartment is nestled above the garden, One block from the beach and close to UCSB. Created is a restful, quiet space for you to unwind inside and out. We love all people, but due to the design of the open loft our space is unsafe for kiddos….but not grown ups! Thank you for understanding. Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful, cozy and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by beautiful oaks. Note the Cottage is tiny, 160 sq. feet. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Access requires climbing the stone steps pictured.

We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

Studio with private entrance, bathroom, Queen sized bed, and sleeper sofa. Walking distance to grocery store. 3 min drive to downtown Solvang. 8 min drive to Los Olivos. For couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, coffee maker and hot water kettle. No stove or microwave inside the studio. Apple TV in the studio. Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
