This entire cottage is just what you are looking for if you are looking for an escape from the day to day work life. Lake rights let's you access the lake directly only a couple blocks away at the community beach as well as a boat/paddle board/ kayak launch. Full kitchen, charcoal grill, and fire pit available for use. Enjoy all Canandaigua has to offer with just a quick drive from multiple wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. Also very close to CMAC, and FLCC. Bristol Mtn only 30min drive!

Located in a quiet, private community with shared lake access just a 2-minute walk away—perfect for swimming and unwinding. Relax in the year-round hot tub with a glass of wine or your favorite beverage after a day of exploring.

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

This charming 800 sq foot home features a gas fire place to keep you cozy in the winter and an upper deck with lake view for relaxing in the warmer months. Large yard, partially fenced in, with play house for children. The storage shed houses outdoor games and wagon for the short trip (.3 miles) to the beach. 4 miles from CMAC.

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season. Perched 20 steps above the water, the FLX Guest House boasts southern views and spectacular sunsets all year long. Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, there are endless wineries, breweries and outdoor all season adventure options nearby! Infant items available upon request.

The home is the last house on a private road, in a cove with distant neighbors, offering great privacy & solitude. A family of bald eagles nests in the cove. The huge 2nd story deck adorns the entire front of the house. Best views on the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine while soaking in this little slice of heaven. Bring your boat, we have a whip mooring & hoist. Boat launch 3 mi Note: late June -Labor day, 7 nite min checkin/out Fri only.

Located in beautiful Resort Community of Bristol Harbour, this premium spacious lot is across the street from Canandaigua Lake with private community beach access by elevator Monday-Friday (June - September) Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. 4 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season.
