Leiligheten er en del av komplekset Aquamarina og ligger i 7. etg med heistilgang fra resepsjonen. Flott utsikt over havet og fellesområdet, samt ettermiddagssol. Hovedsoverommet har to enkeltsenger som lett skyves sammen til dobbeltseng. Godt med garderobeplass og knagger. Det lille soverommet har dobbeltseng. Sovesofa for inntil 2 i stua. Totalrenovert de siste 15 årene, senest med nytt kjøkken i 2022 og aircondition i mai 2024. Stort flott bad. Vaskemaskin i skap på terrassen. Wifi og TV

Encuentra el momento de tranquilidad y magia siente el mar como en un barco, te quedaras asombrado contemplando las islas (Lobos y Lanzarote) desde este atico.Esta muy bien ubicado en el pueblo de Corralejo,a pocos metros del puerto deportivo que ofrece gran variedad de excursiones y deportes acuaticos.Todo cercano para ir andando: ocio gastronomico,tiendas,supermercados,centro de salud.. Ayudare a que vuestra estancia sea lo mas agradable posible con total cercania y disposicion; os espero!!

Stunning little house 20 meters to the beach!

Fully refurbished bungalow boasting a large private roof terrace with sea views of Lobos and Lanzarote. Large quiet communal beachfront pool and paddling pool. (Just fully renovated). Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”
