Studio steps to the pool and golf course. It is beautifully decorated, and remodeled 2020. Walk 200 yards to the beach and next to the Wyndham Hotel. This studio is comfortable for a couple, or a couple with kids. The apartment is in the first floor no stairs. Electric BBQ and induction stove Palmas Doradas is a beach front complex. The land is about 2,750 acres with 25 neighborhoods, small shops, around 15 restaurants, 2 marinas and a yacht club. Rent a golf cart to move around the resort.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 11 in a secure, gated community 50 mins from San Juan airport. It's on the 2nd floor, with no elevator, and stairs inside the villa.

Ocean Breezes & The Sound Of Waves Await You

My apartment easily sleeps 6 guests & is a little slice of heaven! It is literally only a few steps to the beach! The bedroom & living room both have gorgeous views & open up to the porch. The porch has a counter running its entire length where we eat most of our meals listening to the ebb and flow of the tide & watching the waves crash, the pelicans dive for fish, & the iguanas climb the palm trees. At night the moon shines on the water creating a liquid silver effect which is stunning!

Our condo has been completely renovated and updated with new kitchen, bath, appliances and furniture. Located in a double gated exclusive community that you will have exclusive access with no through traffic. Palmas Del Mar has many things to offer restaurants, two golf courses, tennis, kids park, bike and walking trails, horse back riding.
