This light-filled ground-floor flat, with a huge total private patio with partial ocean view, offers queen-size bed suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and an office. Two bathrooms: one private (with a shower) and one with a bathtub. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.

Very spacious flat (110 m2), located in a quiet residential area, 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of Funchal. The arrival is a steep climb of approximately 50 metres. It is a luxurious and comfortable apartment in Funchal's city centre, in Madeira island. Next to the Jardim Municipal (central garden) and the Baltazar Dias theatre. 200m away from the marina ( Our balcony overlooks the Marina ). Guests over 12 years of age, not resident in Madeira, must pay a tourist tax of 2€ per guest per day, up to a maximum of 14€ per stay per guest.
