Nestled in a leafy Murarrie backyard, this light filled, self contained granny flat offers a tranquil retreat close to Brisbane CBD, Gateway Motorway, Airport and nearby shops parks (incl a bike track) and transport. It is a Studio inc kitchenette and small bathroom. The Granny Flat is not completely fenced off in our back yard. We have 1 older lab who spends most of her time inside our house. We do also have holiday dogs to stay at times. But guest will be notified.

Two bathrooms, great view of the east side of town, aircon in lounge and main bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen including a rice cooker, kettle and microwave.
