This rustic, beautiful and comfortable tiny house, just 1 km from the centre of Fairlie, is surrounded by farms and boasts stunning views of the Two Thumb Range (Mt Dobson). The house will feel like home the moment you arrive! Try the famous Fairlie pies while visiting! Mt Dobson skifields are about 15 min away. Lake Tekapo - with its hot springs and other tourist attractions - is just a half hour drive away. Escape your stresses and soak in the farm and mountain views from the deck.

Contemporary self contained modern cabin situated in a peaceful and private garden setting. It has 2 double glazed doors leading on to a deck with out door seating. Separate access way, with parking bay at side of cabin. Additional parking is available in adjoining paddock with gate through to alleyway. Cabin has starlink wifi with excellent wifi connection. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.

Lovely and quiet self contained cottage set back from the road. Very close to the No 27 bus stop, which will take you into the city. The garden is sheltered and sunny. The car port provides safe, off-street parking. The cottage is well equipped and spacious. We pride ourselves on keeping it sparkling clean. There is good Wifi and an office area with desk, chair and lamp. We cannot accommodate pets.
