The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

Gammon’s Cottage is tucked away in a small picturesque yard with it's own driveway for parking and one other cosy holiday home. The Cottage has a private and secluded courtyard at the back for those long hot days and summer evenings.

Dating from the 1500's All Saints Cottage is located beside the River Stour in the heart of the City, just 500m from Canterbury Cathedral. It has a small, tranquil private courtyard directly overlooking the river as it meanders through the City. Due to its steep, winding stairs and riverside location All Saints Cottage is not suitable for children under 12 or those with mobility issues.

Right next to Kent Cricket Ground and a 5 minute walk from local hospitals. We are a short drive from beautiful seaside towns and east Kent landmarks.

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for Canterbury, Whitstable and the coast. We allow one good dog.
