Blackberry Cottage

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit our Nubian Goats Dolly, Daisy, and Dixie.

AVL Creek Side Cabin: Hot Tub, Firepit, Game Room!

Adventure around NC then come back and relax in your stylish, amenity-jam-packed, bohemian log cabin on 2 acres with mountain views, a large babbling creek running through the property. The quaint town of Canton is ~20 mins to Asheville and ~35 mins to Cataloochee Ski Resort and an abundance of hikes/waterfalls within an hour. Bring out the yoga mats for a relaxing meditation or fun workout, roast some s'mores over the outdoor firepit sat right next to the creek or go for a game of air-hockey!

At the end of a cove, Mighty View Cabin offers the perfect blend of comfortable modern luxury and peaceful warm mountain cabin vibes. Enjoy 4+ acres of land and be smitten by the most breathtaking views. Close to the fun city of Asheville (20 miles), and all that WNC has to offer, this cabin is a great base for your explorations and activities. You can also just stay put to kick back and relax on the porch, in the hot tub or in front of a fire. Once you're here, you will not want to leave.

The Granary by the Creek *October openings*

Nestled in the WNC mountains, The Granary is the perfect home base to explore Asheville, the Great Smoky Mountains, Blue Ridge Parkway, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Cataloochee, Cherokee and more, all less than 30 minutes in any direction. Enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages on your private deck or the NEW creekside patio complete with fire table and string lights for cool weather. Bird watching is abundant! The Granary sits between the 100+ year old barn and our family cabin residence.

Cold Mountain View Cabin

Breathtaking views of Cold Mountain and Mt Pisgah greet you from the large porch of this qaint, pet friendly, sparkling- clean cabin in the community of Bethel. This pine sided 12'x20' cabin sits on 5 manicured acres surrounded by a creek. Enjoy all the activities that Western North Carolina has to offer. This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

Retreat in the trees. Organic Farm

Built on our Organic farm, largely from trees harvested and sawn here. Insulated and heated. Deck overlooks Beaverdam Creek. Great space on a cold or dreary winter's day for a retreat. We have a furnished kitchen available for use by our airbnb guests. Bathhouse is also shared in a stand alone building. Our campsites and treehouse are all creekside in bottom land. In monsoon rains, a short walk is required for access. In normal weather one can drive right up to our spaces.

Convenient access to local amenities including restaurants, grocery stores, and our historic mill-town area of Canton. 5 minutes to I-40 with easy travel to neighboring Asheville, Waynesville, and Cherokee. Located at the end of a peaceful and private road!

Studio on the River

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
