The property is 5 miles from I-40 in beautiful Haywood County, NC which is rich in hiking, biking trails & fly-fishing. It’s an easy 11 mile drive to Waynesville, Lake Junaluska, or the Blue Ridge Parkway; 20 miles to Cataloochee Ski Lodge & just west of the amazing Biltmore House in Asheville. Canton was recently featured in “Our State” Magazine for the revived down town area. We love the small town atmosphere, location & believe you will too. Red Cottage

Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Welcome!

AVL Creek Side Cabin: Hot Tub, Firepit, Game Room!

Adventure around NC then come back and relax in your stylish, amenity-jam-packed, bohemian log cabin on 2 acres with mountain views, a large babbling creek running through the property. The quaint town of Canton is ~20 mins to Asheville and ~35 mins to Cataloochee Ski Resort and an abundance of hikes/waterfalls within an hour. Bring out the yoga mats for a relaxing meditation or fun workout, roast some s'mores over the outdoor firepit sat right next to the creek or go for a game of air-hockey!

Peaceful getaway to rest and unwind after a day filled with exploring, hiking, shopping, or visiting one of the many breweries in our area. Paradise found in the pastoral Ironduff community. This home may qualify as a tiny home for some but is packed with some big features! The deep covered front porch or firepit area invite you to sit and rock with a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you gaze at the mountain views, sunrises and evening stars. Across the road you will find a working Alpaca Farm. The amenities and cheerful decor make it effortless to spend the day relaxing and savoring the tranquility this property offers.

This family friendly, private retreat sits on a gently flowing creek under the shadows of Cold Mountain and the Art Loeb Trail. You may want to sit on the covered porch or deck while listening to the creek. If you love the outdoors or are a hiking enthusiast, our cabin is for you. We are about 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Waynesville, Canton, Maggie Valley, and Lake Junaluska are approximately 30 minutes away; a 45-minute drive will take you to Asheville.

Blackberry Cottage

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!
