The Lofty Lime Apartment

At the Lofty Lime Apartment you will find a cozy oasis to call your own during your time in Austin, TX. Located in the rolling hills of West Austin (at the border of Dripping Springs) you are in the brewery, winery, distillery, and wedding venue mecca of Texas. LLA is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment situated over our garage, which sits on approximately 1.5 acres and has its own private sidewalk and entrance. It's just right for a private weekend getaway or extended stay. We have a no pet policy.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Cozy Solarium

This cozy unit is flooded with light from five huge windows in an airy Victorian gazebo motif. Surrounded by the serenity of live oaks, you'll surely want to stay longer! And amenities! Only a short walk or drive away are our very own Starbucks, Planet Fitness, H E B grocery store, and great library. A few blocks away you'll find a plethora of restaurants, banking, shopping, and walking. But tucked into our green, generously fenced property, you'll feel the peacefulness of country living.

Downtown New Braunfels-HistoricTelegraph Station#1

Walking distance to everything in downtown New Braunfels. Constructed in mid 19th century, this historic structure is the site of the first telegraph office in New Braunfels. The Telegraph Station sleeps up to 4. These units are Texas Registered Historic Landmarks. Built in 1846, they are positioned in an ideal location to take advantage of tubing, shopping, downtown restaurants, and local bars. Newly remodeled in 2018, the original fachwerk walls have been exposed to show off its charm.
