We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
