A kid-friendly home on a 1-acre lot where you truly can relax. You may enjoy wildlife visiting the backyard- deer, squirrels, birds, and occasionally a fox or roadrunner. You’ll also be able to admire the stars in the clear night sky, swim in the private pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy the sauna. For the best health benefits: 15 minutes in the sauna, take a quick dip in the pool, repeat once, and finish in the hot tub. Please don’t forget to use the outdoor shower before using any amenities.

The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
