Also, a nice kitchen, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV, foldout couch, and tons of natural light. Private spot on the river! Fun lake house with the PERFECT LOCATION on Canyon Lake! Enjoy the multilevel deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, Weber grill, cocktail pool, amazing views and plenty of seating! There is also access to the water at the ramp next door to the house! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***
