This property is a brand new, modern and unobstructed waterfront beach house built directly on the dunes of Parlee Beach. This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Enjoy your personal thermal experience with the outdoor sauna, shower and/or a dip in the sea. An extensive selection of music and board games, it's about you and letting time drift by.

Fire pit Beach day necessities for all ages Shower only Smart TV's in all rooms Mini Split/AC on main level, the 2nd floor can get warm in the summer, there are fans. Technically sleeps 5 with an ideal mix of adults and children(couch or air mattress for the 5th). 4/5 adults would be too much. Minimum night requirement. Relax in this cheerful cottage just a minute walk to the beach and walking trails. A double-lot with a firepit and deck allows for backyard games, evening fires, and relaxing in the hot tub. This cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a spare bedroom with double bed and a hide-a-bed for extra guests. Situated in the heart of the town, you will have quick access to a local grocery store and park (2km), 2-18 hole golf courses (6km), Shediac, Parlee beach and restaurants (11km).

We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.
