Beautiful apartment with spectacular sea views five minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, Cala Crancs, with capacity for 4 people, it consists of a large double bed, a sofa bed and an independent cabin consisting of one bed. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2022 and 2018 respectively. It has a large 14 m2 terrace with unique views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Salou lighthouse. Apartment 110 m , fully equipped , seafront , direct access to the beach , 3 rooms , 2 bathrooms , equipped kitchen , jacuzzi , terrace , pool. shared garden , air conditioning , wi-fi , Netflix , Prime Video , garage , playground , elevator , log fire , etc… 15 minutes to Port Aventura , Ferrari Land and Aquapark Costa Caribe. Close to many restaurants but in a calm and quiet place. Barcelona airport is just over one hour away. The swimmimg pool is open from June 1 until October 31.

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
