Located in the countryside of the medieval hamlet of Radicofani, it's surrounded by 3 hectares of private land and includes an outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally Jun-Sep), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and free parking area (uncovered). The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

Seccatoio is a detached stone house with an area of 60m². It can accommodate 2-4 people and has the bedroom on the first floor, under the antique roof. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large bathroom and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It offers a beautiful view of Monte Amiata. From the living you have acces to a terrace with dining table and grill in the shade of a pergola and another small terrace in front of the kitchen to enjoy the sunsets.
