Just a short walk to the Intracoastal Waterway, this 1940's cottage boasts modern amenities with a perfect combination of historic charm and displays views of the water from the front porch swing. Being just a 3 minute drive to historic downtown Swansboro and a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Emerald Isle, the options are endless making this the perfect spot for any vacation!

Sunshine Shack by the Sea

Welcome to Sunshine Shack! This private, detached retro-inspired studio has all the good vibes & everything you need for your next beach vacation. 1 queen size bed, 1 full-size futon, & 1 bathroom to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Blocks from Bogue Sound, neighborhood dock, parks, restaurants, Mac Daddy's bowling/arcade, and grocery store. It's only 3 miles to Emerald Isle's western beach access where you can put your toes in the ocean! Home has spacious outdoor patio with dining and firepit to enjoy those relaxing summer evenings. Home is open and airy with internet, board games, corn hole, and smart TV's for entertainment.

Romantic Waterfront Escape with hottub and kayak

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

"Once Upon A Tide" Waterfront cottage

Miles of breathtaking water views looking towards Swansboro from this riverfront cottage that has been newly renovated inside & out. A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.
