Our 3 room cottage in the Old Village is within steps of Lighthouse beach and a 15 minute stroll to town along charming streets. Its location in an ample yard insures comfort and privacy for your stay. The kitchen is equipped for stay-at-home dining. The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. The owner welcomes your visit to his art studio on the property

Adorable beach cottage in Gray Gables! This very charming home features a private back patio and outdoor shower. Updated kitchen and bathroom, laundry in unit. The living room features Cathedral-ceilings, a loft, and great natural light. Beautiful and lush plantings surround this warm and comfortable home - the perfect getaway! The sunroom is another great area and makes the space feel much larger. Steps to Gray Gables beach and the Mashnee Dike. Perfect for a Cape Cod family vacation!

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

Waterfront Cottage on White Pond(Graham Cracker)

Our cottage (Graham Cracker House) sits steps from crystal clear White Pond. The cottage offers private access to the pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The large outdoor space is great for dining and relaxing by the pond. It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. There is another cottage on the property for rent that sleep 4 guests. No sharks here!
