There’s a handy desk/work area to allow you to comfortably spend your workday or school day then take your breaks with just a few minute walk to the beach. Close by Nestucca River as well!

The location features easy walking access to food and services, yet is still surrounded by nature and natural areas (with frequent deer sightings in the back yard). It's the perfect balance of being close to the attractions, and away from the commotion. Walk to surfing, huckleberry picking, tide pool hunting, or a short drive to a myriad of Oregon coast attractions.

Our open concept, spacious home with 2 primary suites with king beds and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed was completed in 2021. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short walking distance from Pacific City's main beach, Cape Kiwanda, as well as the Pelican Pub, Stimulus Coffee and Bakery, PC Pour, Moment Surf Shop, and other restaurants.
