Welcome to our peaceful escape location. Just 60 minutes from Wellington, your private suite overlooks Lake Wairarapa and is surrounded by farmland, bush and lake views and includes your own private spa and gardens - a perfect place to escape, gaze at the night sky, and relax. Single nights available Sunday-Thursday, no cleaning fees, a light breakfast is included, and a kitchenette and covered BBQ are available. Ngawi is like coastal communities used to be - friendly and uncrowded. 3 bedroom beach house in the traditional & tranquil fishing village of Ngawi. Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax. Bach with amazing panoramic views over Cook Strait & Palliser Bay. Rate is not for the whole house, please enter the correct number of people when booking. (Christmas, New Years & Big 3 bookings must be booked direct, due to restrictions we encounter). Long weekends are min 3 nights.

The View

On a plateau overlooking the Ruamahanga river valley is our cosy two bedroom fully self contained cottage. The views are jaw dropping, backdropped by the Tararua Ranges. On the river flats below, summer crops form a patchwork of different colours. Above, the big sky can be an endless blue or filled with rolling banks of cloud and truly spectacular sunsets. At night the wondrous canopy of stars is why the region is an official International Dark Sky Reserve. It’s all utterly peaceful.

Prairie Holm Farm is a working farm located along the edge of Lake Wairarapa and foothills of the rugged Remutaka Ranges. Accommodation consists of a generous sized lounge/kitchen/bathroom cabin and a DETACHED bedroom sleeping cabin. The bathroom is a unique "camping style" room giving an open air feel. NOTE: Prairie Holm is a working Dairy, Sheep & Beef farm - NO Pets allowed & NO Wifi available.

The Gatehouse on 26Rows Vineyard is a luxury holiday cottage situated on 26 Rows Vineyard. The Gatehouse is a well appointed with open plan living, designed with quality and elegance. A complimentary bottle of 26Rows Sauvignon Blanc is provided to enjoy on the deck to enjoy the vista of the vineyard . The modern kitchen/dining area is fully equipped for self catering, with generous provision for a continental breakfast, with an open plan lounge. 2 bikes are available, to use.

Hamden Estate Cottage

Enjoy a stay on our Martinborough vineyard. The cottage is nestled amongst the vines and offers a peaceful retreat from the city. We are 8 kilometres from the centre of Martinborough heading south on the way to Lake Ferry. You can enjoy a leisurely wine tasting at our cellar door with David who is always happy to talk wine. We will also transport you to Martinborough so that you can spend the day investigating local wineries or dine at one of the town's fine restaurants.

Lovely sunny property 2 mins walk to the sea where there is great fishing and diving. Great decks for relaxing the sun. Property has a queen sized bed and child sized bunk bed in the bedroom. Please note bunks are suitable for children only. Lounge has pull out double sofa bed. This property can sleep 4 adults and 2 children. Guests will need to provide their own sheets, pillow slips and towels. Blankets and duvets provided.

The hut is a beautifully crafted off the grid cabin located located on a sheep and beef farm, Daisybank, just minutes out of Martinborough . Open the doors right up on a nice day and enjoy the fresh air or cozy up with a blanket on the couch in front of the fire when the weather makes you want to bunker down.
