Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

The penthouse is situated in Camps Bay, which has become a famous landmark with internationally recognised restaurants, crystal sand beaches, and exceptional sunsets. The block has a fantastic and well-maintained pool and garden area and 24 hours security so its very safe and secure. Please note that this is strictly a non smoking block. This apartment has a back up power source to combat load shedding.

The Level 3 Penthouse apartment is ideal for casual entertaining or just quiet R&R. With 180-degree balcony views of the Clifton beaches below and the 12 Apostles. Services and restaurants are located in the Camps Bay Mall about 2 min. by car and a 15 min. walk to the Clifton beaches below. The Level 2 apartment, a separate listing @ airbnb.co.za/h/casa-del-sur-level-2, is often preferred by guests or families who prefer extra space, chef's kitchen, dining patio and pool (heated by request).
