The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

River Ledge Hideaway

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. The Cresent Cottage

Welcome to the Crescent Cottage, located on a peninsula with Lake Ontario on one side and Chaumont Bay on the other. This 3 Bedroom Cottage is pet and family friendly. We draw our water from the bay, and have wonderful fishing opportunity near by. This is a modernly updated cottage that comes with indoor and outdoor games and WiFi connection. Enjoy the dock, sit on the deck, pull out the kayaks, or just enjoy your morning coffee with the ability to watch the sun through our big picture window.

Smugglers Getaway on the St. Lawrence River

Enjoy your privacy in this waterfront cabin in the historic Smugglers Cove on the St. Lawrence River in the heart of the 1000 Islands. You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Chaumont Bay, one of world's largest freshwater bays, is a sought-after summer destination. We are a short drive to local tourist attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

Lyncreek Cottage

Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.

Bunkie on Howe Island

Howe Island Bunkie: Come and relax near the Thousand Isands on the St Lawrence River in a private bunkie. Cabin sleeps 2 with separate bathroom. Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, etc. Cabin has electricity, heater, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding provided and propane BBQ. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.

The Annex, private hot tub

Spectacular views are yours from this newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage on Sawmill Bay. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.

NOTE: The Three mile bay boat ramp is closed due to reconstruction of the bridge to NY-12E northbound. Closest boat ramp is in Chaumont, that’s 5 mins away. Please consider before booking.

Waterfront Cottage located in the heart of the 1000 Islands between Kingston and Gananoque. Now with air conditioning! Open concept cottage. Prime Fishing, Boating, and Sailing location. 2 kayaks and one canoe for guests to use. Fully furnished with bedding, blankets, pillows and towels all included. Thorough cleaning between guest visits.
