Situated on a quiet private road with just over an acre of land. Enjoy the waves as they crash on the shore, the birds singing and just RELAX 😎 Bring your kayaks or your boat 🛥️ as there is plenty of room to park it and the marina is right down the road! Or bring you side by side / 4wheelers as there is also an ATV park nearby. So many fun things to do!

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

The Cape Cottage On The River

Take a break and unwind at this charming Little Cottage that offers a loft bedroom full kitchen and bathroom. Located right outside the village of Cape Vincent with water access for swimming kayaking or just relaxing and fishing off the dock. The Cottage sits to the back of this beautiful property along with a Farmhouse and CarriageHouse and is located across the street from the St Lawerence River. If your looking to dock your boat we offer dock space. linens are supplied but not bath towels

A romantic escape for no reason? Maybe a special Easter egg hunt for the season? For a small fee, I can fill plastic eggs, hide inside/outside for family fun! We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 5 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom, enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

Clean, cute studio directly on the St. Lawrence!

This old rustic boathouse - turned cottage - sits directly on the St. Lawrence River (within feet)! It has a queen bed and a single couch turned bed on the porch. It’ll sleep three/three people maximum, please. Quiet atmosphere. No pets are allowed. The cottage is closed Columbus Day through May 5th. This is a fourth generation business. You’ll need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases. Fish off the dock, swim in the swim area, or simply watch the ship pass in front of you!

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.

Farmhouse Glamping

Our renovated farmhouse (built 1840) has been transformed into a peaceful family retreat where we like to spend our days outside, and wind down at night in this rustic family camp. For over six years we have been working to create a place to build memories for our family, and we look forward to sharing our space with other families hoping to do the same.
