Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Op een mooie groene locatie in Berkel en Rodenrijs vlakbij Rotterdam, bieden wij een sfeervol appartement aan met woon- en slaapkamer (totaal 47m2), een mooi onderhouden zonnige tuin met ligstoelen en tuintafel met stoelen. Mogelijkheid voor bestellen van ontbijt. Appartement heeft eigen ingang en is volledig ingericht; supersnelle WiFi, tv, cv en parkeergelegenheid. Ook kan elektrische fiets veilig worden vast gezet en opgeladen. Supermarkt vlakbij, sfeervol centrum 5 minuten fietsen.

Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Bovendien bevinden we ons op een steenworp afstand van de bruisende moderne stad Rotterdam en de historische stad Dordrecht, waardoor je de perfecte balans kunt vinden tussen het verkennen van de rijke geschiedenis en de hedendaagse cultuur van de regio.

It’s the perfect place for exploring the city and surroundings. The cottage is fully modernised. In the heart of Gouda, on the first Fair Trade shopping street in the Netherlands, you'll find our picturesque and authentic cottage. Fully equipped with a lovely (shared) city garden. Step out the famous gate and explore beautiful Gouda! Baartje Sanders Erf is a neighbor of Bed&Baartje and is located next to each other in the courtyard.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

On this authentic boat you can live like a Rotterdammer, on a fantastic location right in the center of the city. The apartment on the Animathor has been completely renovated, but is still very much a boat. Your apartment is in the front of the ship. It has a private entrance, kitchen, a deck terrace and a fantastic view. The boat has three levels, there is a salon, a bedroom and bathroom below and a roof terrace on the top deck. You can reach the boat by an easy gangway.

No children or baby’s without swimming diploma. Frontyard with cal and camera; backyard has nò cal and camera.
