Situated on a nine acre nature reserve, with direct access to the beach and pristine sea views, our home is one of Denmark’s largest and most private summerhouses. The main house and annex, with multiple entertaining spaces, are surrounded by a large garden. A private path leads to the beach. Built as the seaside estate of the entrepreneur inventor of the egg box, our home is close to the resort towns of North Zealand; all the nightlife and culture of Copenhagen is under an hour's drive away.

Meget hyggeligt nyrenoveret sommerhus. 4 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge 180x200cm, 2 badeværelser(toilet+brus) + udendørs brus. Stue med brændeovn og stort nyt køkken. Stor uforstyrret parklignende have med dejlig solterrasse på bagsiden af huset samt delvist overdækket veranda foran huset. 5 minutters cykling til Hornbæks skønne sandstrand. 7 cykler til rådighed. 2 km til centrum med restauranter og butikker. 500 m til supermarked. Charger til elbil. Ideelt til flere par eller den store familie

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Welcome to the fantastic Vejby Strand, which is properly one of the most extraordinary areas for summer residences in Denmark. This house offer you 100 sqm + 12 sqm annex. The yard offers you everything for the children (and the playful adults), with trampolines, playhouses and soccer goals. The house is recently renovated and the kitchen is from 2018. You can enjoy a cold beer on the large terrace and pick lots of berries in the garden most of the summer. The house is 700 meters from the beach

Charming house with a great location.

Charming house in a great location. The house has 3 rooms and a loft as well as bathroom and kitchen. It is sorrounded by a very nice garden and has access to its own south facing terrace with garden furniture. Copenhagen and Elsinore can be reached in 20 minutes, and Rungsted harbor with many restaurants and a nice beach within minutes. Louisiana Art Museum, Kronborg Castle are nearby. The hosts live in an independent house in the same place and are available to give you a perfect vacation.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Modern townhouse, located in a green area, close to the city center and the beach, with great access to public transportation. The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. On 118sqm over 3 levels you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a specious kitchen with sofa. The outdoor area includes a balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture. Only an hour from Copenhagen, this soulful and spacipus cottage is the perfect getaway for your family, or small group. Spacious house with fabulous sea view and close to the ocean. Houses up to eight people. Stairs are child safe and children/baby beds and chairs are available. Three bedrooms on three floors (top floor: 1x double and 1xsingle bed, living room floor: 1x double bed, basement: 2x double bed). New bathroom and 2xtoilets. Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Hip bar and bistro in town.

Charming summerhouse near the beach

This beautiful classic summer house is located in the middle between Hornbæk and Gilleleje, and is completely undisturbed. The house was completely renovated in 2022 in a bright, Scandinavian style with a focus on functionality, personality and fine details. Here there is space for a larger family. You can challenge each other in basketball, football and volleyball, and on the covered terrace you can play board games and laze in the shade.
