L'alloggio di 32 m² può accogliere fino a 2 ospiti ed è dotato di tutti i comfort: letto matrimoniale, cucina elettrica attrezzata, aria condizionata/riscaldamento, TV Smart 55” UHD con ricezione satellitare e connessione a internet, WI-FI free 100 Mbps, macchina per il caffè espresso, cassaforte e asciugacapelli. La “Casa Marina” di mq. 45, è stata da poco restaurata ed è ubicata nel centro storico di Milazzo, sul panoramico lungomare della “Marina Garibaldi”. Nel raggio di pochi metri si trovano i principali servizi: ristoranti, pizzerie, paninerie, bar, farmacie, supermercati . Il porto ed il terminal per le navi e aliscafi, per le Isole Eolie sono a circa 600 mt. Il castello Arabo-Normanno e l’antico borgo, a circa 300mt. Le spiagge libere e le strutture balneari sono facilmente raggiungibili .
