The house, 150mq, is situated in a strategic position near Castel dell'Ovo, Piazza del Plebiscito and Maschio Angioino. Just a 5 minute walk away is Molo Beverello with ferries to Capri, Ischia and Amalfi Coast. The apartment consists of 2 Spacious Suites, 2 full bathrooms, 1 kitchen equipped with every comfort and a panoramic double lounge with 2 sofa beds.

Sea View Suite with Private Hot Tub & Terrace

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.

Ogni ambiente è dotato di elevato comfort, disponendo di Smart TV led, Climatizzatori con inverter, free wi-fi (in tutto l'appartamento), macchinetta caffe' con cialde e mini frigo.

Templars'f was the name of the sailing boat that my father had when I was a child and it was my inspiration to create a nautical style apartment that would allow you to experience the sensations of calm and serenity that you have when sailing . The beauty of our panorama with the colors of the sky that change depending on the time will make your stay truly special! It is an oasis of peace!

Posizionato all'ultimo piano di una villa storica con ascensore. L’attico si compone di un grande spazio living con cucina a vista, due camere matrimoniali, due bagni ed un terrazzo privato. Inoltre, gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente di un posto auto privato all'interno del cortile ma non custodito.
