Taste the 1800s in our western school house. Cowboy bunk-house style sleeping arrangement with 3 bunk beds. Also, an inviting kitchenette facility and spacious shower as well as solar lighting, USB charging ports, and a (modern) propane heater. Do the planet a favor and stay at our environmentally friendly, off grid solar powered, largely self sustaining ranch. Ranch Café on site serving hearty homestyle cowboy cooking, by reservation only. We can also provide horse rides.

The old gold mine by South Fork, It was the shop that was up there. It was taken down and we reassembled the metal part and built this.

The cozy house is located on our family ranch where you are within walking distance of fishing on the Rio Grande River or can enjoy seeing lots of different animals such as farm animals and wildlife. You can put your feet up as you sit on the porch and listen to the Ro Grande flow and immerse yourself in all that the ranch has to offer. Relax and enjoy your stay.

Barndominium w/ Sangre de Cristo Views

Escape to the San Luis Valley in this newer 2-bedroom, 2-bath barndominium with stunning views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Located just 20 miles (about 36 minutes) from Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve, it's the perfect base for hiking, horseback riding, dirt biking, and exploring the outdoors. The property includes a round pen for horses and is a short (20 min) drive to Hooper Hot Springs.

Private Cabin on the Conejos River

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
