Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. Temporary rental for non-tourist purposes. Online registration and contract signing are mandatory.

Es un estudio en la calle Mayor al lado del Mercado de San Miguel y situado en un lateral del que se constituye la Plaza Mayor. Esta zona es la almendra de Madrid puede irse andando a todos los sitios del centro, Museos, Teatros....., es el centro histórico de la capital, el Madrid de los Austrías y todos los servicios necesarios están en la zona. Es una casa bien construida de aquella época, en la casa se respira tranquilidad. Es un piso dividido en 2 estudios independientes.

With 40 m², high ceilings, and exposed wooden beams, it has a warm, character-filled atmosphere. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions. Originally my photography studio, it retains its open layout, artistic spirit, and unique charm, perfect for couples’ getaways.
