Live beside the Ocean, River & Nature. Amazing!

A place to relax listening the waves, right beside the ocean and river, surrounded by nature. 270 degrees Nature views from sunrise to sunset. Just amazing! Steps away from beach & ocean but 15 meters safe over sea level on a rock hill. The birds fly close to our balconies and the view changes every second. You can swim in the river or the ocean. We have a water fall to enjoy the visit of birds, a BBQ to cook looking at the sea, a Pizza oven to enjoy your evenings, table games, pool, etc, etc.

La casa tiene 5 habitaciones bien acondicionadas con aire acondicionado y baño cada una. La casa cuenta con una amplia terraza con mesas, sillas mecedoras, hamacas y columpios. El area del comedor tiene espacio para 14 personas y tiene aire acondicionado. Amplia cocina bien equipada con todo lo que se necesita.

Boathouse beachfront, spectacular views with access to the beach. Has air conditioner, kitchen, living room, one and a half bathrooms. One room with one queen size bed and an queen size sofa-bed. Wifi is FIBER OPTICS. All beaches in the country are public by law. It is rocky but there is a pond perfect for all ages. We have a caretaker, (cuidador) living in the property wit wife and small daughter -and Pewee, the dog-.
