The Garden room is a built cabin (studio) clad in cedar and situated on a peaceful road in Carbis Bay. The cabin has a king size bed with a beautiful bathroom, heated floor and walk in wet room. Soft towels and toiletries are provided. A galley corner contains Microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge perfect to prepare breakfast, picnic and ready meal... The patio has a couple of seating area and a outside shower ideal after a day at the beach. Tea and coffee are complementary.

Sandpiper is a stunning duplex penthouse apartment, perfectly situated to sit back and take in the spectacular panoramic views stretching from St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. Great location, parking for 1 average sized car. Residential area 10 mins walk to Carbis Bay beach (longer return as uphill). Around 40 mins walk along pretty coastal path, 5 minutes by road or take the short coastal train journey to St Ives. Local shop and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Bus and train stops close by to explore St Ives and the rest of Cornwall which have excellent beaches, art, history, eateries and countryside.

Little House by the Sea The Moorings Carbis Bay

This is a little house in our garden it was completed in August 2020. It consists of an entrance, a bathroom/ toilet and a spacious room with small kitchen , dining table, daybed, wardrobe and chest of draws. There is a little private outside seating area; however the rest of the garden can also be used after discussion. The accommodation is for 2 people only.
